I have some info on Smith Covey, my 4th great-grandfather. According to my records, Smith was born to Jonathan Covey and Eunice Grey on June 1, 1817 in Scipio, Cayuga County, NY. He married Charlotte Sheffield (b. 2/14/1820) in Cuyahoga City, Orange Co., Ohio, on 4/6/1839. Smith died 3/18/1895 in Minneapolis, Minnesotta, but is buried in Wheatland Wyoming. Charlotte died 11/4/1920. They had a son, Herbert Smith Covey, on 8/9/1856.
If you have any other info you can share about Smith's parents or any other siblings, I would really appreciate it!
