Sarah Ann Covey (nee Richards, my ggmother lived most of her life in Winnebago county, WI. When I wrote to the state for her death record this was the only one they could find that approximated the date of her death. This isn't my ancestor but may be one of yours.

Mrs. Annie Covey b. 6 Jan 1826 in Indiana. Father: Samuel Jackson b. North Carolina. Mother: Jemmina Cox b. Indiana.
Date of death 26 July 1914 of senile debility and dyspepsia.
Died in Sauck County, Woodland Twp, WI
Buried in Valton, WI on 27 July 1914
