Beulah COVEY - Medicine Lodge KS 1959

While searching down my elusive grandfather, John Marcus DAHLEM (Tulsa d. 1959) I have come across his will. Interestingly, he has 3 neices listed along with a brother and 2 sisters. Anyway, I was told he had no brothers or sisters. Besides the point - he has a BEULAH COVEY from MEDICINE LODGE, KS listed on his will as a neice (The date of will 11/25/59). So, I am trying to find information out on this. IS she related and how???
I would definitely appreciate any bit of information.
