Thank you so much for the information. Some of it I had, but the info on generation 10 and 11 was brand new.

What I now have on my direct blood line on the COVERT Family Branch of my family tree is:

6th Great Grandparents: COVERT, Femmetie Phebe m. Gerrit VAN WICKLEN
7th Great Grandparents: COVERT, Tunis m. Dorothy (Maiden name ?)
8th Great Grandparents: COVERT, Lucas Teunis m. (2nd) Barbara SPRONG
9th Great Grandparents: COVERT, Teunis Janse m. Barbara Lucas VAN KESSEL
10th Great Grandparents: COUVERT, Jean Pieterson m. Sarah LUCAS
11th Great Grandparents: COUVERS, Pierre m.?

You mentioned in your first paragraph that Teunis Janse was known by several names including Annetje Teunnise. In my research I had Annetje COVERT as his sister, b. Bef. 28 Aug 1661 who married Gerrett SPRONG (b. Bef. 02 Sep 1663). I think he was Barbara SPRONG’s brother.
