Actually, I believe that there is a slight mix up here: Joseph Vanasse married Marguerite Couturier in 1746, whereas Catherine married Louis Crevier in 1742 as the original poster wrote. This according to the PRDH data base.
I am descended from another sister, Jeanne, who married Joseph Potvin in 1734. I am also descended from Gilles Couturier's other son, Pierre.
