Thanks for answering.
Helen and Gilbert-Gillie-Bollin were my in-laws. They had 7 children. My husband Glen is the only one left.
We're trying to find out who Hattie Payment's mother was.There are several versions in Family Histories that we have come across. I have a copy of what Mary Payment has put together. Have you read that? She has done a lot of research. I'd like to find out who Hattie's mother was for sure!
Ernest lived with my in-laws until he died. Glen remembers him. I was surprised to read of another wife he had because Glen did not know that and his mother never mentioned it.
I know Lucille was put in an orphanage when Hattie died, until my in-laws got her out and then raised her.
I don't know who "Edith" is. Is she part of your family? Father Greg Hite is also doing some research. He is a grandson of Roy and Helen Couturier.
Your Grandpa Mike used to come to Glen's parents' house to play cards quite often. Sometimes Pauline would come, and bring their son Donald.
