If you have got this site by accident and think your family belongs, it probably does, so if you could keep an eye open for me it would be wonderful.
I am looking for information on 2 GROSSO men, George GROSSO was possibly a banker in Threadneedle Street London, his brother Francis GROSSO was a member of the London Stock Exchange. Francis had a daughter Jane Grosso who was married to Samuel William Leonard Williams.
Eliza Williams, mother of Ernest who went to USA came from Wales, had a sister Annie and may have been born about 1780.
William Williams, traded with old John Courtoy who was a member of the East India Company. Who was he and was he related to the Antiguan/Surrey family of Rowland Williams, Jane Grosso or was he totally not related at all?
ahh lots of questions still to go, but we are making progress. All cousins invited to participate.
