Lois,

In all due respects to you and the Courtney family I am sorry for any unnecessary stress you all have felt over Betty's claim. I do feel the final hearing did not allow Betty time to prepare for the new surprise testimony that was given. If that had happened to your side you would have felt the same. Betty does not have absolute proof yet, but the evidence is mounting in support of her claim. This will be produced in her upcoming book. I think your questions will be addressed. There is a lot of suspiciously unanswered questions on your side. Why has May destroyed or refused to talk about information. Why do family members deny having the same ideas as Betty at one time? Where are the other diaries?

Why are James Gang members mentioned in the JLC diary? Until I get some real answers for those questions I will believe that Betty has a right and a responsibility to continue her research.
