David, Jesse James would have had to do more than take the James L. Courtney name. He would have had to take all the family records, too. Why would the Andruss, Courtney, and Haun families participate in this? I think you are out in left field, along with Betty Duke. I don't care how much you and Betty want to make James L. Courtney Jesse James, the facts don't fit. I found it interesting to read your version of events concerning the court decision in Falls Co. You made Betty out to be a victim of some vast conspiracy involving Max Courtney, the attorneys, and the judge. Horse manure! There is a good reason the judge ruled against Betty - her fabulous concoction is just that. Betty's saying she is searching for the truth is malarkey. She is trying to support her very weak argument. I am sorry you have been hoodwinked.
