Polly Flanagan Courtney must have died bet. 1855 and 1860.
A few houses down is Columbus Courtney, 27 (probably son)
and wife, Elizabeth, 35. they had Mary, Jane, John, James, and Sarah.
In another household is a Susan Courtney, 14, learning how to sew. I wonder if she is Hezikiah's daughter. She is living with Alexander Hoover a Black Smith and wife, Sarah.
In 1870, a Elizabeth Courtney, 50, is living in the poor house with children, Margaret, 10, James, 8, and John, 5. What happened to Sarah and Margaret???
