I am looking for the father of Annie Jane COURTNEY, (b) 22 Jan 1881, (d) 17 Jan 1954, (m) 21 Jan 1899 to David E. KEMP in Sleepy Creek, Morgan Co. WV

Annie’s Mother is Mary Louise COURTNEY, (b) 4 Mar 1856, (d) 21 Oct 1921 and buried next to Annie in Pleasant Hill cemetery in Cherry Run, WV. Mary married John S. NOGEL sometime before 1905, but I do not believe he is Annie’s father. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
