Hello again, Ann
I have found a James McCourt who emigrated to USA, and I am almost 100% sure he is the brother of my ancestor, Michael. He was married to Agnes McKeand and they emigrated in mid 1800's. I wonder if you knew about them, as I presume you come from there? If you need any more information, please let me know, as I have a US Census Record for James McCourt and his wife where they lived in Michigan in 1900, both aged 77 and 74 respectively.
