DISTRESSING -- The Mariposa 'Gazette' says: A little child, 13 months old, belonging to Mr. COULTER, who resides within a few miles of Mariposa, was accidentally drowned on Friday last by falling into a tub of water. The mother was absent but a few minutes, and upon returning to the room she discovered its lifeless form floating in the
tub.
