Hello Roberta. I belive I spoke to you several years ago. I live in sault st Marie Mich and am looking for my Great great Grand father Phillip Couling born about 1835 in England He lived in brampton county Canada in 1870. He married Anna Collor who had a son and daughter from prevoius marriage. They moved to St clair county mich 1871 where he was a blacksmith. Some time later they moved to Montcalm County Mich then we lost them. I could be they moved back to canada do you have access to 1890 cenus of canada? any information would be very much appreciated.
Since we have not found out who Phillip was, we cannot make the Couling connection with our family history
Thank for your time
I would be interested in learning more about your quest on the Couling family tree.
James Couling
