-1880 Margaret Couch 74 (getting younger) in Anderson SC, with Rebecca Loftin 43 widow and Josephine 12, Essie 10.
-1870 Margaret Couch 73 in Anderson SC, living with Rebecca Loftin 34, Martha J 2, Emma C 2/12.
-1860 James Loftin 23 wife Rebeca 23, then a few pages later is her mother Margaret Couch (below).
-1860 in Reg 4, Anderson SC, P 142/176, Margaret Couch age 60 with boys Sam 21 William 16, listed
(Also second listing of Margeret Couch, age 45 with William 16).
-1850 Peggy Couch 45 (widow) in Anderson SC, w/ Rebecca 21 b.1829, Mary 18 b. 1832, Samuel 10, William 8 (youngest may be grandchildren) and there is a Sarah Jane Couch 4 who is listed above in home of Elizabeth Earle 46, and her 7 kids.

Is this the same Peggy Couch, listed in the 1834 estate papers of Benjamin Couch?
Will was proved Nov 11, 1816, in Spartanburg district, South Carolina, naming only two sons along with other children… then when his administrator finally sold and settled the estate in March 1834, the 12 distributes were named as:
Levi Couch, Eli Couch, Jesse Couch, James Couch, Benjamin Couch, Chaney Couch, Samuel Campbell &wife, Stephen Couch & wife, Peggy Couch, Jacob Langston & wife, Avery Stone & wife, and (his widow) Delilah Couch.
