Sorry. James Walls m. Mary Shattuck (a Cherokee Indian) and their son Lovalla Walls m. Mary Cottrill (a Cherokee Indian). As to where Mary and Lovalla went, Lovalla along with four of their children is buried in Ross County, Bainbridge, Ohio cemetery. I have personallly seen their tombstones and graves. After Lovalla died, Mary with two of their daughters went to Detroit, Michigan, and opened a boarding house there. Mary and her daughters spent their winters in Miami, Florida. My Dad told me Mary Cottrill Walls is buried near Cynthiana, Ohio, Pike Co. Lovalla and Mary had a son named James E. Walls (my Grandad--aka Jake). He married Emma O. Pontsler. James and Emma had several children one of whom was my Dad, Robert E. Walls (aka Pete). My Dad died on December 16, 2002, at the age of 94 and is buried in Twin Township Cemetery, Ross Co. Ohio. My Dad who grew up and lived only 1/4 miles from Lovalla and Mary Cottrill Walls is the one who told me that Mary was a full blooded Cherokee, but growing up I had always been told that she was. I grew up next door to where my Dad grew up.
