The pictures could not be of anyone born in the 1850's, as the pictures were most likely taken some where between 1915 and 1932 and Martha only looks to be about 18-20 and Lawrence looks to be only about 22-28. They were taken probably in Murray, Garvin or Carter County in Oklahoma as that is where my grandparents lived from the time of their birth until after their marrage. My grandparents were: Bert Caves and Azzie Bailey Caves. Grandpa born in 1903 in Ardmore, OK and grandma born in 1906 in Sulphur, OK. They were married in 1922 and did not leave OK until 1932/34.
These pictures belonged to them, so I figure it is pictures of family or friends that lived near by. Though they had family in Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, and they do have a lot pictures from Arkansas and Texas. Bert's folks was John Wright Caves and Maggie Baucom. Azzie's folks were William (Will) Bailey and Maggie Daniel.
