Martha Patterson acknowledges a Deed with Livery and Seisin Endorsed to John Lancaster which is ordered to be recorded.
Thomas Cotrall acknowledges a Deed with Livery and Seisin Endorsed to John Lancaster which is ordered to be recorded.
Holman Freeman acknowledges a Deed with Livery and Seisin Endorsed to Thomas Cotrall which is ordered to be recorded.
Holman Freeman acknowledges a Deed with Livery and Seizin Endorsed to Wm. North which is ordered to be recorded.
Nicholas Pryer acknowledges a Deed with Livery and Seisin Endorsed to Thos. Cotrall which is ordered to be recorded.
Israel Winfrey acknowledges a Deed to William Hughs and the Witnesses to the said Deed makes oath that Winfrey also Sign and Seal the Said Deed as his Act and Deed all which is admitted to Record.
Randolph vs Cotral
William Randolph Gent plt. agt. Thomas Cotrall and Nicholas Pryer Defts. Debt upon a Bond between The Said Thomas Cotrall one of the Defendt. appears and on his failings to make any Defense or to gain any favor of the plaintiff by his attorney it is ordered that Judgment be Entered for him agt. the Defendt for the Sum of twenty pounds fourteen shillings and four pence Current money to be Discharged in a payment of five pounds of the like money currency to be on the Said Bond with Lawful Interest from the Second Day of April 1739 untill payment mentioned of this Suit.
