THANK YOU very much for your response. You couldn't help me, but looks to me like you sent me to someone who could. Will wait for the answer to see. Unfortunately, I have not heard of James M. nor Maudie as I do not do the Cottrell's (just looking for Jack). As you gave me Sam's address, I have to assume you have already talked to him. The address is not correct, but by some miracle, my letter got to him anyway. I will say, though you MUST know, James M. & Maudie are his parents. If you did not know, I am glad to be of help as that is what genealogy is all about. If you do, ahhh well.
