Is there anyone who has any links with anybody from the Cotton Family who have lived in Shropshire, England in the area around Shrewsbury. Earliest known dates is of John Cotton, a prebendary in the mid 16th c. Richard Cotton married Sarah Bowdler, 1682. Any information gratefully received.
