Who was John Cotton who married Mary Stowe in Concord MA about 1663? They had Mary Cotton(1672-1705) who married Samuel Fletcher(1661-1705) on 7-Jun-1692. Did they have other children?
Mary Stowe(1642-?) was the daughter of Thomas and Mary (Griggs) STowe.
One record calls John Cotton Rev. Is this just a confusion with the famous Rev. John Cotton?
One record calls him John Scott Cotton? What is the 'Scott'?
Several records have his marriage date as 12-Aug-1682, but this clearly is not possible as their daughter would then only be ten years old when she was married in 1692.
Does anyone know anything more about John Cotton of Concord?
