If you want to find more on the Cotton geneology, do a web search for "Thomas Cotten, Sr." This is available at http://www.parsonstech.com/geneaology/trees/banks/d5337.htm Unfortunately, I was not able to access it that way. Also, contact manac@planttel.net (Gail has a lot of the Cotton lineage). By the way, where did you get record of John Cotton sitting on a jury in Edgefield in the late 1700s? Can you send me information on that? Also, don't worry about those dates too much. Rebecca Cotton's birthdate is disputed and could vary by as much as ~10 years. You may have the right John Cotton afterall. Please send me all of the infomration that you have.
