George Washington Cotton and brother Jim came from Pike County Alabama around 1870's following Civil War to Texas. Eventually G.W. came to Madison Co. then Anderson Co. and finally Cherokee county, and is buried in Henry Cemetery in Gallatin, Tx. Father Jesse James Cotton was killed at Vicksburg. Looking for kin who may have additional information about where J.J. and wife were born or other info. Thanks
