The Sarah Cotton that you mention is known by the name of Sary Cotton, the daughter of John Cotton (1721-1808) Virginia and his second wife, Elizabeth (Maiden name unknown).
May have a book on all 23 children of John Cotton and all wives coming out in late 2008.
