Need to find a copy of a probate for Charles Cotton b. 20 Jan 1785 in South Carolina, if there was one. I think Patrick L.Cotton b. 25 Dec 1811 of Perry county, TN might be his son. Any help in proving or disproving this connection would help greatly. I will be writing to Searcy County, AR. However if you have one you could share I would be so pleased

Also need to have evidence of who Patrick L. Cotton's wife is. They must have been married before 1850. 1860 census has Elendor. Nellie Ellen Cotton b. Tn in 1818 died 1890 in Oregon county, MO is buried in the same cemetery. I also do not have a probate for Patrick, and would love to have one.
