Sr., Prince George Co.VA by Wm. M. Cotton of 2893 My line descends from William Sr's son Smith Cotton. Smith was born in Sussex Co VA 1767 and resided in Hancock CO GA by 1807. Around 1812 to abt 1840's Putnam Co GA. He and his family then went to Harris Co GA where Smith died in 1856. I'd like to hear from persons with further data on Smith's family/Children, his parents/siblings.
