The names of the five children you named are verified by the will of John Cotten Jr., but they are not all the children of Ann Jones. John was previously married to a woman named Judith (surname unknown). John Cotten III transferred a parcel of land to his brother Benjamin in which he states that the land came into his possession by the marriage of their father to Ann Jones, so it would appear that Judith and not Ann was their mother. Mary was already married prior to 1741, so I would assume she was also the daughter of John and Judith. I don't know which of these two women was the mother of Ann and Sarah. I know this is not of much help to you since you are primarily concerned with Sarah.
