Hi,
This isn't my line, so I don't know whether or not these are the people that you are searching for, but the LDS on-line IGI ( http://www.familysearch.org ) has an extracted marriage record for a John Kneale and Elizabeth Kermode who married 04 April 1815, Marown, Isle of Man
I ran a parent search on the LDS IGI site and found the following extracted birth records for the children of a John Kneal(e?) and Elizabeth Kermode. Some of their children listed, below, match the birth years for those that you have posted in your query on the genforum's Cottier board.

Someone has done some research on the John Kneale and Elizabeth Kermode family. You can go to the LDS site and run a search on their Ancestral File for John Kneale and spouse, Elizabeth Kermode, and one John Kneale, born 1792, shows up. Click on his name to see his indivdual info and then click on his family link on the right hand side of the page to see their children's info.
On the Isle of Man Family History website, http://www.iomfhs.im/default.aspx?CategoryID=22 , under the Burial Index, there is a listing for a John Kneale, age 71, who died 25 Jan 1854 and a listing for an Elizabeth (nee Kermode) Kneale, age 50, who died 08 March 1843. Both died in German Parish, Isle of Man.
