my grt grt grandad john cottier was born in douglas iom about 1825 his parents not known but have info that he had one rellie a jessie b martin he moved to portsea england and married a charlotte they had the following childern john thomas born portsea 1861
william born portsea
henry born portsea
charlotte born portsea
james born lambeth london
which iknow from the 1881 census also living with them was a elizabeth martin she may well be the jessie b martin if anyone knows of how to find people from iom i would be most grateful
