He was the son of Frank & Marguerite (Landry) Cote. He was born in Rouses Point NY in 1855. Frank & Elodie had the following children: Flora Rhea Frank A Frank married again to Emma Whittle. They had a daughter Emma. Frank had 2 sisters named Exilda and Helen. Also had a brother named Alfred.
