Joseph m. Celina Pleaut 1887 Marquette Mi. Joseph Father, Charles Cote b. 1825 Quebic Canada m. Caroline Juneau b. 1842 Canada.
Joseph & Celina adopted Elizabeth, maybe from the La Ance reservation, Elizabeth was baptised in St Pauls Church in Negaunee Mi. and lived with Cote's until age ten then Yates family fron Ely Mi. took her. Any one with connections or information on any of these people please help. Especially need help with the adoption and Elizabeth's life with the Yates family.
