Lea Cote - Addendum - How about Frederick?

I have found some info on my ancestor Lea Cote since I posted the previous message. I found her marriage record in the MA state archives. It says she married Joseph C. Pouliot in Salem, MA on July 3, 1875. It lists also her residence prior to marriage as Lawrence, MA, and her age as 18. As for parents, for her, it only lists the name Frederick. I suppose this means her father's name was Frederick Cote. So now I'm looking for information on him. I don't know which section of Quebec she came from, but I know Joseph was born in Arthabaska, P.Q. Any help I can get on this would be much appreciated.
