When I posted the original question, I didn't know where it would lead. I'm sorry if it created any extra or unnecessary work for you. With the information you provided, I have the answer I was seeking (location of her grave) and, therefore, have no need to pursue a contact with the church that I am aware.
We're compiling a family history and collecting as much information (and pictures!) as we can for our tree on ancestry.com and for memorials on findagrave.com. I'm wide open to suggestions/corrections, etc.
