Looking for information on these two people and their parent's. Philip married several other woman (7) total. Found him in Saginaw county Michigan 1880 census. But, not married to Minnie. He was born around 1848 to 50 depending on which census he may have told the truth on. I am looking for his parants in St. Francis Quebec which is where my g-grandfather was born in 1872. Any information is appreciated. His father was supposed to a Lord Tracy from France.
