My records show Paul Cota (b. 1870, New York) & Felicita Percier (b. 1870, New York) having 5 children... (1) Joseph Cota (my great-grandfather) (b. Jun-26-1889, New York State) (2) Nazzer Cota (b. Aug-8-1893, Jordan, NY) (3) Art Cota (4) Albert Cota (5) Rose?? Cota. I retrieved family info from census data in Madison and the info on Joseph and Nazzer from the Marathon County Courthouse death records several years ago. I was not aware of the adoption. If you have more info., I'd greatly appreciate it! As I understand it Joseph had a logging camp in Canada and/or Michigan with his brother Art before moving to Wausau.
