Clarence Cota, b Wisconsin, son of Louis and Ella?

I am looking for information on Clarence Cota who was living with his grandparents (Robert and Frances McDowell) at the time of the 1910 census in Little River, Oconto county, Wisconsin, listed as 6 years old. It is possible that he was the son of Louis Cota (b abt 1877, son of Joseph and Mary Cota) and Ella McDowell who were married in Oconto county in 1901.

There is a Clarence R Cota in the 1930 census for Perry Twp, St Francois co., Missouri, ae 25, single, he and parents all b Wisconsin.

There is a listing in the SSDI for a Clarence Cota, born 19 Apr 1904 and died May of 1973, resident of Arnold, Jefferson co., Missouri.

Does anyone know anything about this Clarence - are the above citations all for the same person?
