Samuel Costner is Joseph Hilmon Costners father . Edna Mary Phillips is his mother .Her father WAS HILMON PHILLIPS . THERE IS NO SUCH PERSON AS EDNA MARY HILLMON !!! It seems I spend half my time on this forum correcting this false information . "Note spelling of Hilmon". Samuel Costner is my great grandfather , his daughter Mary is my grandmother .e-mail me at
