Robert, other additions on this same forum have probably filled in some more spaces to your note by now. I wonder how you got the information about Henry's DOD of 3-23-1864?Do you know where he was buried? His sister, Nancy Ann Costine Beach [my gg grandmother; 1790-1850] was buried at Zion Bap. cem., north of Walterboro, SC. Henry's wife, Margaret "Peggy," after his death, moved to Mashawville, SC [4 mi east of W'boro], to live with a daughter, Julie Costine Remley. She was probably buried there, though I don't know of a marker?Their daughter, Jane Rebecca Costine, remained single, also moved to M'ville, and was buried at the Sandy Dam Meth. cem. [near M'ville], having died at age 37, on 5-21-1880. Henry & Peggy's daughter, Julia A. Costine Remley, also was buried in the same cemetery; she died 1-23-1903. One of the Remley sons, John Harry, also moved to Florida.
