I came across these Costins, whilst researching William Costins, a widower born approx 1790 in Malvern. He and his daughter Emma lived very close to Thomas and Hannah in 1851 and 1861. Possibly he was a brother of Thomas but I have no evidence to support this. Do you have any further infomation on this?
