I am researching the Coster family that went to Suriname from Holland in the middle of the 19th century. They were loggers (not very p.c. today). I have a most interesting book written by A.M. Coster that was presented to the Royal Institute for philology-geography of the Dutch East Indies. It is titled "The Maroons In The Colony of Suriname Their Life, Customs & Habits. I know the Costers were there for some while and several are buried in Paramaribo. I am looking for anything on this family.
