Hello - I do know that the 1841 Census showed Hungerford Berks for the birthplace of Elizabeth Coster who married John Verney. The Costers were a strong family and in those times the boundaries of Bucks/Oxfrd/Berks were fluid. I cannot seem to find anything pre Hungerford so maybe they were elsewhere.
