I am searching for a man that was in the US in January/February 1971. At that time, he was a 29 year old architect who was intimate with a woman named Shirley. He was possibly in Georgia, Florida or Texas. He was either from Costa Rica or was of Costa Rican decent. On November 20, 1971 a son was born to him. We are in DESPERATE need of medical and complete heratige information. His son has a genetic brain and spinal cord disease called Chiari Malformation.
He has 2 precious children who are also DESPERATE for information. The Birth Mother is not interested in helping with any information. PLEASE, if you know anything, PLEASE contact us. Thank You!
