Am looking for information for Elena Maria Whiling, mother of Innocente Ortega Whiling and Wife of Felix de Jesus Ortega. Innocente's marriage certificate lists her husband as Alejandris Silva, son of Juan Vicente Silva and Victoria Dias D., of Venezuela. The marriage was performed in Parroquina de Limon.
Elena Maria was said to have been a DePew from Pennsylvania and was married first to a Capt Whiling or Whaling.
