Randi: The URL for the Tico Times is http://www.ticotimes.co.cr/ and the url for the leading Spanish newspaper is La nacion. The URL is http:/www.nacion.co.cr/hoy/pais.html.As I will be going to Costa Rica in Feb. If you can give more information, I have Bi-lingual friends there that may be able to help.
