El nombre correcto de esta ciudad alemana es Luneburg. Diedrich Heinrich Steinvorth nacio el primero de Julio de 1817 en Beber/Amt Lauenau (hoy: 31848 Bad Munder am Deister) como hijo de el maestro Johann Dietrich Steinvorth y de su esposa Regina Sudmann.
Desde 1834 asistio el Seminario-Nebeninstitut (Colegio para maestros)en Hannover y trabajo como Seminar-Alsteter. En 1842 trabajo como maestro de preschool en el Gymnasio Johanneum en Luneburg y en 1849 el 4 de Enero, adquirio el derecho de ciudadania de Luneburg al comprar una casa en esta ciudad. En 1860 se cambio a un colegio de secundaria, modem school de el Gymnasio Johanneum y en 1873, fue promovido a profesor jefe. Se retiro el primero de Abril de 1887, y murio en Hannover el 24 de Noviembre de 1905, su hijo Walter Steinvorth Ulex, que tambien vivia en Hannover lo acompano en sus ultimos momentos.
