Finding some now living in Costa Rica???

I am desperately hoping someone can help me. I have found out that my grandfather is now living in Costa Rica. I do not know where or how to find out what town... I know that when he was in the service he was stationed in Costa Rica for a very short time and he always vowed to go back. I have only met my grandfather once and would like to try and communicate with hm again. Please, if anyone can help me or give any suggestions it would be much appreciated. By the way I do not speak a stitch of any other language.
