My father is Manuel "Sam" Costa who was born February 11, 1912 in Warm Springs, CA to Joseph and Marie Costa. The birtdate is oddly close. I had a cousin that once told me that my father had a past, but wouldn't elaborate. I don't know if this is the person your looking for, or if this helps. They have all passed away.
