Dear Gary,
I can answer the question about a sister. My mother said George had a half-sister, Dana Hart who married Earl See. She also said Fannie Hart was not married to Julius.Julius is Burwell Julius Cossin-b-June 26, 1879 at Mason Co., W.Va.-he was a Baptist-worked in the real estate business-d-Sept. 13, 1947 age 68y in Akron, Summit Co., Ohio-buried near Arbuckle Cem., Mason Co., W.Va. -s/o-George C. Cossin-b-Feb. 7, 1844 in Va., served in the Civil War -10th Reg. Company D., W.Va. Infantry -d-Dec. 19, 1922 -m-Jan. 7, 1869 in Mason Co., W.Va. to Margaret Ellen Smith-b-March 20,1852-d-1929. Burwell Julius was one of 12 children.
I don't know if George had any other brothers or sister by Fannie. I will check if Fannie and Julius were married, but I have found nothing yet. God Bless you and yours.
