Looking for any info on Rosa B. Cosner or her family. Her father was Will Cosner who was married twice. Rosa had a half sister named Hettie, she also married a Parks. Rosa was originally born in WVa. she ended up in Ashabula, Ohio.Hettie ended up in Detroit, her husband was a policeman. His name Charles Parks.
