It appears that yor Rosa is one of the families that remained in west Virginia. My line of Cosner's had pretty much moved west to Ohio and farther west by the time your Rosa was born. There are three William Cosner's I have recorded. One was a son of Job John and Eunice Cosner, but he was born 4/10/1871 in Grant Co. WV. I don't have any other information on him. The 2nd William Cosner is Son of Samuel and Mary Ann (Idleman) Cosner. He was born in 1845 in Hardy Co. Va. He also had the middle name of Henry. I have no other information on him. The final William I have is William H. Cosner son of John Tyler and Eve (Cosner) Cosner. He also was born 1871 in Hardy Co. VA. I don't have any other Williams in my papers. Sorry I couldn't help out more any one of those William's could be your line. I have no marriages recorded for any of them. There also appears to be a Rosa Cosner that was married to a Joseph Idleman on 12/17/1884 in Grant Co. WV. Don't know if there is a connectio to your Rosa or not. There is listed another Rose Belle Cosner born 5/7/1867 in Hardy County, VA. She wasthe daughter of Wesley and Sarah (Reel) Cosner. This likely is the same Rosa as above married to Joseph Idleman. Another Rosa in my files was born 4/9/1875 in Grant Co. WV to Daniel Cosner and Margaret (?). Sorry I can't be of more help.
